Regional Human Resources Manager

As the HR Manager, your responsibilities will include identifying short-term and long-term hiring needs to ensure the organization is staffed appropriately. You will be required to set performance standards and evaluate the local HR teams to drive efficiency and effectiveness. Designing employees" compensation and benefits packages will also be part of your role to attract and retain top talent. In alignment with our company culture, you will define onboarding procedures to provide a seamless integration experience for new employees. Additionally, you will play a key role in organizing employer branding activities such as hosting recruitment events to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice. Determining training plans for each employee and department will be essential for their professional development. You will also be responsible for preparing and managing the division's budget effectively. Tracking recruitment Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and suggesting improvements as needed will be crucial to optimize the recruitment process. Designing and implementing company policies that align with our business objectives and ensuring all HR operations adhere to legal standards will be part of your daily tasks. Supporting staff and managers on day-to-day HR issues will also be within your scope of responsibilities. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule and performance bonus.
