Regional Human Resources Manager

As a Regional Human Resources Manager in the NBFC industry, you will be responsible for sourcing profiles through various channels, coordinating and scheduling interviews, and liaising with HODs for vacancy positions in the region. Your role will involve following up on offered candidate lists, ensuring offer acceptance, coordinating pre-onboarding procedures, and assisting with onboarding processes. You will drive and lead organizational people strategy and initiatives in collaboration with local senior leaders, focusing on maintaining strategic alignment between business goals and HR objectives. Your responsibilities will include implementing HR strategies that contribute to business outcomes, acting as a consultant to support business objectives, organizational effectiveness, and accountability to influence overall business results. Collaborating with local senior business leaders, you will contribute to the development of long-term organizational goals, talent management, performance management, leadership development, and succession planning. Additionally, you will work towards aligning HR programs with business requirements and driving solutions that deliver tangible results. To be considered for this role, you should hold an MBA/PGDM in HR (Full Time) and possess a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in the HR domain, preferably within the NBFC/BFSI background. An understanding of HR practices within the Banking Industry will be advantageous.
