You will be required to screen resumes and applications via online job portals, internal Career Site, and references. Additionally, you should be adept at conducting telephonic/video interviews for candidates at all levels and coordinating interview schedules with business managers. As part of your responsibilities, you will need to liaise with stakeholders and candidates for interview, offer, and joining processes. Your ability to close positions within the defined timelines will be essential. Overall, you will be in charge of recruitment activities and ensuring the availability of manpower as per the business needs.,
