Role:

Assistant Manager Regional HR

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition:

• Source candidates through diverse sourcing channels, including campus recruitment, job drives,

employee exchanges, and lateral hiring.

• Screen candidate profiles for role fitment and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

• Negotiate salary packages and ensure maximum offer-to-joining conversions.

• Map and contact competitor talent for strategic recruitment.

2. Employee Retention & Performance:

• Maintain attrition levels below 5% in the assigned region.

• Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to improve retention strategies.

• Track and ensure the completion of performance scorecards for all employees.

3. HR Operations & Compliance:

• Oversee daily HR operations at the regional level.

• Address and resolve employee grievances effectively.

• Ensure timely attendance management and the seamless movement of promoted employees to

their respective branches.

4. Employee Engagement:

• Organize and implement employee engagement activities to foster a positive work culture in the

region.

• Conduct regular feedback sessions to understand employee needs and align them with

organizational goals.

5. Strategic HR Activities:

• Maintain and update competitor data for strategic mapping.

• Support the implementation of corporate HR initiatives at the regional level.

Requirements:

• Education: Any Graduate or PG Qualifications in Human Resources or a relevant field are desirable.

• Experience: 2–6 years of experience in HR, with a strong understanding of HR processes.

• Expertise: Practical experience in employee relations, performance & reward, and learning & talent

acquisition.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
