As an Assistant Manager / Manager in the Regional HR department in Mumbai within the Financial Services / Broking industry, you will be responsible for the following key tasks: - Handling complete recruitment life cycle which includes developing talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans. - Managing the on-boarding process from joining formalities to verification of documents & reference checks. Creating offer letters and appointment letters. - Managing joining formalities, induction, HRIS, exit formalities, and training coordination. - Handling employee grievance related to PF, ESI, other statutory compliance, and HR queries. - Organizing and driving employee engagement activities for Gujarat. - Performing any other tasks that may be required from time to time. Qualifications required for this role include a Graduate/MBA background with a minimum of 3 years of work experience.
