Job Description

As a Regional HR candidate for our company, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Minimum 5 years of experience in handling HR in Microfinance/banking domain. - Hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition (mass recruitment) with exposure to South and northern parts of India. - Exposure in HR operations and employee life cycle management. - Willingness to relocate anywhere in India. Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: - Manpower Planning and Placements as per requirements of the MB Channel for the allotted region. - Employee Onboarding as per the bank policies. - Ensuring smooth Employee life cycle management. - Employee performance Management in the MB channel. - Managing HR Operations in the MB channel. - Supporting Corporate HR/L&D team to ensure corporate policies, procedures, and trainings are adhered to across the channel. - Coordinating with business to ensure employees are engaged and joyful to improve employee productivity. In addition to the key responsibilities mentioned above, the company also emphasizes on Human Resource management and Talent Acquisition.,
