Assistant Customer Service Manager/Senior CSO

The Assistant Branch Manager will assist the Branch Manager in providing leadership to the bank through efficient daily operations in all areas of banking service. This includes scheduling and supervising customer service representatives, head teller, tellers, safety deposit clerk, and financial service managers in their daily tasks and operations. You will conduct performance evaluations that are timely and constructive, and assist the manager in efforts to reach profit, performance, and customer service goals. In this role, you will oversee banking services, especially customer service, to ensure excellence. This involves contacting or assisting customers and prospective customers. You will also review and manage staffing procedures to ensure that staff assignments and responsibilities are reasonable, and that the salary structure is equitable. Additionally, you will be responsible for performing other related duties as assigned. Your responsibilities will include customer management, sales, customer service, and microbanking.,
