Job Description

  • Implement the Talent strategy for BCCL in the zone for the sales team
  • Monitor feedback (of sales employees) on policies and processes and ensure actioning on the same.
  • Partner with HR operations team for seamless service delivery and query resolution as required for sales employees in the zone.
  • Understand the key resource issues and associated requirements to meet both current and future organizational challenges for the sales teams in the zone
  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process of sales employees in the zone
  • Coordinate the formalities of the termination process in the zone as mandated by the organization
  • Run the process for identification of capability gaps in functional and managerial roles for the zone
  • Ensure timely communication and roll out of learning and development activities for sales team in the zone as governed by L&D CoE and ensure smooth administration as per annual learning program calendar.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and share feedback with relevant CoEs
  • Oversee communication of the performance management process to all sales employees in the zone
  • Ensure effective and timely management of performance management activities including goal setting, mid-year review and end-year review for sales employees in the zone
  • Govern the Performance Management Process in the sales team in the zone and ensure that rewards are attributed based on demonstrated performance
  • Administer Rewards & Recognition programs in the zone as per the overall Reward philosophy of the organization.
  • Support the process of assessment centers for identification of top talent in sales teams in the zone
  • Execute the initiatives required for increasing the efficiency of business; ensure effective program management in the zone for such initiatives.
  • Provide continuous improvements and participate in leadership business reviews, and engage with stakeholders on understanding business objectives at an operational level in the zone
  • Analyze HR trends and metrics for the sales teams in the zone & accordingly act to bridge the gap to arrive at desired levels.
