Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our wealth management team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 11-13 years of experience in the field. Roles and Responsibility
Develop and implement effective distribution models to drive business growth and expansion.
Manage portfolio performance analysis, modeling, and management to achieve business targets.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely finance disbursement and appraisal/review of TCFSLs team performance.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, both internal and external, to enhance customer satisfaction.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business/sales targets, including volume, MS%, and turnover metrics.
Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets are met.

Job
MBA/PGDBA/PGPM or equivalent degree; AMFI/NISM certification is an added advantage.
Proven track record of achieving business targets and driving sales growth.
Strong understanding of financial analyst roles and wealth management principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze portfolio performance and identify areas for improvement.
