Key Responsibilities:

• Drive regional business growth through new client acquisition and expanding services with existing clients.
• Develop and execute a regional sales and marketing strategy in alignment with corporate goals.
• Set and achieve regional revenue and profit targets.
• Provide strategic direction and oversight of all freight forwarding business operations within the region, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and profitability.
• Monitor and optimize the end-to-end logistics process, from order receipt to final delivery.
• Manage and lead a team of logistics professionals, including sales, customer service, documentation, and operations personnel.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients within the region.
• Understand client needs and expectations and ensure that our services meet and exceed them.
• Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Ensure that all regional operations comply with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and industry best practices.
• Implement quality control measures to maintain service excellence.
• Optimize operational costs while maintaining service quality, striving for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Generate regular reports and analysis of regional performance, including KPIs and key metrics.
• Provide insights and recommendations for operational improvements and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with other regional and corporate departments, such as sales, customer service, and finance, to ensure seamless coordination and execution of services.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks that may affect the success and reputation of the company.
• Implement contingency plans to handle unforeseen challenges.
• Foster the professional development of team members through coaching, training, and performance assessments.
• Ensure that the team is skilled and capable of meeting regional objectives.
