1. Approaching schools
2. Lead and manage a team responsible for approaching and onboarding schools within the assigned territory.
3. Guide and support team members in presenting propositions to school management and relevant departments.
4. Handling all the documentation work until completion (signing up the contracts)5. Ensure strong after-sales relationship management by the team, addressing escalations and ensuring customer satisfaction.
1. Candidate should be from Sales background with minimum 6 years of experience.
2. Should have good exposure in developing & delivering sales strategies.
3. Good Interpersonal and Communication skills at all levels of Management.
4. Open to travel across given regions.
