Regional Head Sales EV Charger (South & West India) Job Location: Mumbai /Bengaluru /Chennai/Hyderabad Industry: Electric Vehicle Charging / eMobility Solutions Experience: 12+yrs in in Sales & Business Development Role Overview: The Regional Head Sales will lead business expansion for EV charging solutions across South & West India, driving strategic partnerships, revenue growth, and market penetration. This role requires a dynamic leader with expertise in eMobility, strong stakeholder management, and a deep understanding of the EV charging ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the EV charging network in South India. Build and maintain relationships with Automotive OEMs, Commercial Charge Point Operators (CPOs), real estate developers, and fleet operators . Negotiate large-scale contracts with key clients and stakeholders. Identify and onboard resellers, dealers, and distribution partners to strengthen market presence. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and branding initiatives to enhance visibility. Provide market intelligence to the product development team for next-gen charger improvements. Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns for Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, and other key regions. Work closely with operations and finance teams to streamline order-to-customer (OtC) processes. Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience in sales leadership within the EV charging or eMobility sector. Strong understanding of EV charging infrastructure, market trends, and regulatory frameworks . Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills. Ability to drive business expansion and manage high-value partnerships. Proficiency in CRM tools, sales analytics, and strategic planning .
