Job Title - Project Manager Department: Execution & Coordination Job Location: Chennai Qualification & Experience Education: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management Experience: Minimum 18-20 years of relevant experience in project execution from building sector Job Summary Responsible for end-to-end project management, from initiation to completion. This includes cost estimation, budget tracking, manpower management, and periodic progress assessments. The Project Manager will oversee overall project execution, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and client satisfaction. Roles & Responsibilities Project Planning: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets. Identify and proactively mitigate project risks. Resource Management: Mobilize and manage project resources, including labor, materials, and equipment. Guide and monitor project teams for efficient delivery. Budget & Cost Control: Oversee and control project budgets. Track expenses and adjust as necessary to maintain financial stability. Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with clients to achieve project milestones and quality requirements. Liaise with architects, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders for seamless collaboration. Contract Administration: Handle contract administration and ensure compliance with all contractual obligations. Manage subcontractor negotiations and contract labor mobilization. Project Monitoring: Monitor and track project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines. Resolve deviations from the project plan promptly. Procurement & Utilization: Maintain a structured tracker for material procurement and utilization. Quality, Safety & Compliance: Supervise site operations to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental requirements. Conduct quality control audits and ensure all work meets required specifications. Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and present regular project updates to senior management and clients. Maintain comprehensive project documentation. Team Management: Manage workforce productivity and address attrition rates at the project level. Foster a positive and efficient work environment, implementing industry best practices for continuous improvement. Client Relationship: Ensure client satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or issues. Key Deliverables Comprehensive project plan with defined timelines and resource allocation. Effective mobilization of labor, equipment, and materials. Monthly billing and tracking of total collections as per contract. Regular monitoring of project progress and facilitation of execution meetings. Strict control of project budgets and cash flows, including handling of variation statements. Timely coordination with all stakeholders for deliveries and compliance with specifications. On-time project completion and seamless handover to the client. Job Title: Regional Project Sales Manager Gensets Location: Mumbai & Ahmedabad Experience: Minimum 15 years in project sales, preferably in the power generation, DG sets, or industrial equipment sector. Key Responsibilities: Business Development: Drive project sales of diesel and gas gensets across the Western region (Maharashtra, Gujarat, Goa, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, etc.), focusing on industrial, commercial, and large residential clients. Project Sales Management: Identify, pursue, and close large-scale genset projects, including custom-engineered solutions based on client requirements. Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with consultants, contractors, EPCs, OEMs, and end-users. Solution Customization: Work closely with the technical team to deliver tailored power solutions, ensuring alignment with client needs and Companys capabilities. Market Intelligence: Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the region. Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Prepare sales forecasts, pipelines, and regular reports for senior management. Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior sales staff or channel partners as required. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all sales processes, contracts, and documentation comply with company policies and statutory regulations. Key Requirements: Bachelors degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical) or related field; MBA preferred. Minimum 15 years of experience in project sales, with a proven track record in the power generation or capital equipment sector. Strong technical understanding of diesel and gas gensets, including sizing, application, and integration. Established network with consultants, EPCs, and major industrial clients in West India. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
