Job Description

Role & responsibilities

To supervise and implement all Statutory Provisions applicable to company in Industrial Relations.
Monitoring compliance under applicable labour laws i.e., at the time of induction, during operation of contract & closure of contract.
Coordination of contractor while inspection by authorities and for the timely submission of statutory compliance.
Maintaining Statutory Records & Registers as per various Laws.
Coordination with Labour Commissioner Department, BOCW Dept., and other Govt Dept. as required for Sites.
Handling all groundwork for Medical, WC, PF, and other Statutory Compliances.
Handling Groundwork for Labour License Application, Closure & refund.
