Compliance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain compliance policies and procedures.

  • Monitor changes in laws and regulations and assess their impact.

  • Conduct audits and risk assessments to identify gaps.

  • Investigate compliance issues and recommend corrective actions.

  • Train employees on compliance and ethical practices.

  • Prepare compliance reports for management and regulators.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Law, Business, Finance, or related field.

  • Professional compliance certifications (CCEP, CRCM) preferred.

  • 3 years of experience in compliance or regulatory roles.

  • Strong knowledge of applicable laws and regulations.

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • High integrity and attention to detail.
