We seek an experienced and results-driven professional to lead business development and consultancy operations within the Commercial and General Aviation domains. This dual role blends strategic leadership with hands-on aviation expertise.
Key Responsibilities:Business Development:Strategize Growth: Formulate and execute strategies to enhance our Aerospaces market presence in MRO, CAMO, Aviation training, and Aviation Consultancy, including aircraft leasing/sale transactions and technical services.Marketing & Promotion in Aviation Business Development: Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to enhance brand visibilityBuild Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with airlines, operators, OEMs, charter companies, private jet owners, and regulatory authorities.Achieve Growth Targets:Generate new business leads, convert opportunities, and achieve defined revenue and profitability goals.Technical Consultancy (Senior Aviation Consultant Role):Deliver Projects: Lead and deliver projects across Line & Base Maintenance, CAMO, Aviation training, Short term & long term Consultant projects and DGCA Regulatory Compliance under CAR 145, CAR M, and CAR 147 frameworks.Collaborate Across Teams:Work closely with Engineering, CAMO, and Planning teams to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations.Act as a Trusted Advisor:Provide expert advice to clients and company on maintenance optimization, airworthiness management, and regulatory compliance.Mentor and Develop Talent:Support the professional growth of Technical personnel, fostering a culture of learning, accountability, and technical excellence.Risk Mitigation Strategies: To effectively manage risks in aviation business development, design and implement robust risk mitigation strategies—including regulatory compliance monitoring, contractual safeguards, and operational contingency planning. Requirements:• Age: Ideally between 40 and 50 years.• Minimum 12–15 years of professional aviation experience, including at least 4-5 years in business development and/or senior consultancy/management roles.• Proven background in MRO operations (Line & Base Maintenance) and CAMO management, preferably in the Business Aviation sector.• Strong knowledge of DGCA regulations, CAR 145, and CAR M requirements.• Demonstrated ability to build client relationships, secure new business, and manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects.• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.• A well-established professional network across airlines, operators, OEMs, and aviation service providers.• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for aviation, innovation, and operational excellence.
