As the Regional Head of Voyage Optimisation Services, you will lead a team of Weather Performance analysts, specialists, and Meteorologists, acting as a trusted advisor to internal and external stakeholders. Your role within the Professional Services team involves reporting directly to the VP / Global Head of Professional Services. Your primary objective will be to enhance the success of our weather advisory services, ensuring customers achieve their digitalization and sustainability targets using ZeroNorth's technology. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor a team of voyage optimization analysts and specialists to create a collaborative and high-performance work environment. - Engage closely with commercial operators, vessel masters, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment. - Oversee day-to-day optimization tasks, making informed decisions while upholding safety standards. - Develop expertise in ZeroNorth's optimization platform and provide insights to Product teams based on customer feedback. - Collaborate with customers to understand their business needs, advise on optimal voyage routes, and conduct training on new solutions/features. Your Profile: - Requires about 5 years of shore-based experience in the shipping industry or 10+ years of sea-going experience in commercial vessels. - Proficiency in digital technologies, project management, emissions reporting workflows, and GHG intensity calculation methodologies. - Excellent communication, time management, and collaborative skills in a cross-functional environment.
