Key Responsibilities Ensure that all documents are accurately processed in compliance with statutory regulatory and internal operational instructions. Maintain process documentation, including workflow diagrams, department operating instructions and process manuals. Maintain high productivity and completion of tasks within assigned cycle times with high accuracy in execution of transactions. Identify opportunities for process optimisation and automation to enhance operational efficiency and reduce risk. Skills And Experience Some experience in trade finance operations within a banking or financial institution. Excellent analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in executing trade finance operations.
