Overview:

The Regional Head – North will lead the mutual fund distribution strategy across the northern region of India. This role involves managing key distribution channels, driving AUM growth, mentoring sales teams, and ensuring strong partner engagement. The ideal candidate will bring strategic thinking, leadership, and deep market insights to expand the company’s footprint in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution:

·        Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with national goals.

·        Drive AUM growth and achieve sales targets across all channels.

Channel & Partner Management:

·        Build and maintain strong relationships with IFAs, national distributors, banks, and institutional clients.

·        Ensure high levels of partner engagement and satisfaction.

Market Intelligence & Business Development:

·        Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

·        Identify new business opportunities and areas for expansion.

Compliance & Governance:

·        Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal compliance standards.

·        Maintain high ethical standards and transparency in all dealings.

Qualifications & Experience:

·        Postgraduate in Business, Finance, or related field.

·        10–15 years of experience in mutual fund sales/distribution.

·        Strong network across North India’s mutual fund distribution ecosystem.

·        AMFI/NISM certification is mandatory.
