Channel & Partner Management: · Build and maintain strong relationships with IFAs, national distributors, banks, and institutional clients. · Ensure high levels of partner engagement and satisfaction. Market Intelligence & Business Development: · Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. · Identify new business opportunities and areas for expansion. Compliance & Governance: · Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal compliance standards. · Maintain high ethical standards and transparency in all dealings. Qualifications & Experience: · Postgraduate in Business, Finance, or related field. · 10–15 years of experience in mutual fund sales/distribution. · Strong network across North India’s mutual fund distribution ecosystem. · AMFI/NISM certification is mandatory.
