Regional Credit Manager

Role Overview: As a Credit Processing Officer in the BL Department, you will be responsible for end-to-end credit processing, including handling fresh sanctions and renewals. Your main duties will involve underwriting Unsecured Business loan finance proposals in accordance with the established policies and procedures. You will also conduct personal discussions with customers to assess their creditworthiness and ensure the completion of credit/KYC documents through various verification methods such as telephonic, field visits, and collateral inspections. Additionally, you will be tasked with preparing and maintaining MISs related to credit requirements like Sanction Limit and client Net worth. Key Responsibilities: - Underwrite Unsecured Business loan finance proposals - Conduct personal discussions with customers to determine creditworthiness - Verify credit/KYC documents through telephonic, field visits, and collateral inspections - Prepare and maintain MISs on credit requirements - Prepare Credit Appraisal Memo (CAM) - Coordinate with sales team to achieve targets and meet TAT or SLAs - Ensure adherence to credit policy standards - Manage front-end delinquencies by contacting customers on first presentation Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in credit processing or underwriting roles - Strong knowledge of credit policies and procedures - Excellent communication skills for conducting personal discussions with customers - Ability to prepare and maintain MISs efficiently - Experience in coordinating with sales teams to achieve targets - Familiarity with handling audit queries and preparing Credit Appraisal Memos (Note: No additional details of the company were provided in the job description),
