Ensuring adherence to laid down policies / processes for disbursement (Pre / Post). Tracking, monitoring and closure of open pre/post disbursement conditions. Ensuring adherence to all compliance and regulatory requirements. Provide support to various business initiatives as required from time to time. Promote concept of cross-functional support, multi skilling, and knowledge transfer to members within the department. Undertake periodic self-assessment on key controls to assess proper adherence to procedures and policies. Understanding and complete knowledge of Ops processes and activities. PDD / OTC Tracking & monitoring as per SLA's / escalation metrics. Delivery as per business agreed SLA's and TAT and SOP. Digitization in Ops processes by Collaborating with other departments to meet digitization needs.
