Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Collections Manager located in Tiruvannamalai. The Regional Collections Manager will oversee the collections processes for the assigned region, ensuring timely recovery of outstanding balances. Responsibilities include monitoring collection metrics, managing and guiding field collectors, developing strategies to improve recovery rates, and coordinating with branch teams for the smooth execution of collection procedures. The role also involves analyzing portfolios to identify risks and create actionable plans to mitigate revenue losses.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related fields; relevant certifications are a plus
