Regional Business Manager

As a Regional Business Manager at Zuventus Healthcare Ltd., your role involves acquiring the required product knowledge through training programs, cycle meetings, and on-the-job training. You will be responsible for maintaining and expanding existing business while also developing new business opportunities. Key responsibilities include: - Building and maintaining relationships with key customers, including Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) and Key Business Leaders (KBL) - Retaining team members and scouting for new talent - Managing vacancies by identifying suitable candidates and ensuring timely filling of positions - Monitoring stocks, analyzing inventory levels, and implementing liquidation plans for high inventory products - Analyzing each territory based on customer coverage, growth metrics, product performance, and stockist inventory - Ensuring quality sales with zero returns, minimal expiry, and breakage rates - Implementing activities to enhance productivity and brand building at all levels - Managing distribution channels to ensure availability of all brands and timely issue resolution - Developing team members in detailing, product knowledge, and clinic effectiveness - Driving growth, increasing market share, and organizing academic activities for doctors, Continuing Medical Education (CME), and conferences Your qualifications for this role should include a B.Sc degree, Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) qualification, or a Diploma in Pharmacy. Additionally, you should possess strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, analytical, collaboration, team building, team development, and leadership skills.
