Regional Business Head

We are looking for an experienced Regional Business Head for Gujarat Region. The

ideal candidate will have more than 12-15 years of experience across BFSI, PSU &

Manufacturing sales, with a proven track record of driving growth and achieving

targets. The will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective sales

strategies and business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in the for the region.

• Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key decision-makers across OEMS, distributors and end customers

• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Key Account mapping & management

• Analyse market trends and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies.

• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

• Prepare regular reports on sales performance and provide feedback to the management team.

Requirements

• Minimum of 12 years of experience in IT Infrastructure (servers, storage, cybersecurity) sales, with a proven track record of achieving targets.

• 5+ years of sales experience in the system integration/partnership network

• In-depth knowledge of the (enterprise)BFSI & PSU sector, including industry trend and regulations.

• Knowledge on IBM, Dell, HP, Nutanix, MS, and other OEMs infrastructure portfolio.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

• Proven experience in IT solutions sales at the enterprise level.
