Job Description We are looking for an experienced Regional Business Head for Gujarat Region. The ideal candidate will have more than 12-15 years of experience across BFSI, PSU & Manufacturing sales, with a proven track record of driving growth and achieving targets. The will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and business development initiatives. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in the for the region. Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key decision-makers across OEMS, distributors and end customers Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and ensure customer satisfaction. Key Account mapping & management Analyse market trends and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Prepare regular reports on sales performance and provide feedback to the management team. Requirements Minimum of 12 years of experience in IT Infrastructure (servers, storage, cybersecurity) sales, with a proven track record of achieving targets. 5+ years of sales experience in the system integration/partnership network In-depth knowledge of the (enterprise)BFSI & PSU sector, including industry trend and regulations. Knowledge on IBM, Dell, HP, Nutanix, MS, and other OEMs infrastructure portfolio. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Proven experience in IT solutions sales at the enterprise level.
