Job Description

Assist in the operations and business development of MGBC services.

  • Responsibilities include customer engagement, handling transactions, and ensuring smooth operational workflow.

Main Responsibilities:

The main responsibility of the RBDO is to bring business from our existing as well as new clients by regularly visiting and creating a healthy  relationship  with Branch Manager and staff in your allocated region.Also providing training ,whenever a new employee joins and providing timely updates on the MGBC products wherever required. Travelling in and around regions /branches is a must.

Required Qualifications:

l Graduate/Post Graduate

l Sales Experience in Financial products,Banks ,Insurance etc preferred.

l Freshers with good sales skills also welcome.

l Minimum 1  years sales experience in channels, dealers, B2B, D2C.

Personal Skills:

l Strong Communication skills

l Fluency in local language

l Excellent interpersonal skills and team management

l Highly self motivated

l Willingness to learn and adapt

l Willingness to travel
