About the Role:

This role has a main responsibility and accountability of operations management in all Third Parties focusing on Industrial CoPack and future CoMan in Region India to ensure i) operational excellence following Ferrero s requirements and ii) quality and timely production deliver to support business needs.

This role has specific focus on the following areas

(but not limited to)

Operations Management
day-to-day management and continuous improvements
Production Scheduling
short, mid, long terms production and capacity planning
Third Party Development
setting up new CoMan and CoPack based on agreed business needs. This involves doing assessment, scouting, feasibility and industrialization based on agreed project timeline.
Third Party Relationship Management
- primary referent to build and manage strong and productive partnership between Ferrero and Third Parties.
Investment
identify optimization opportunities requiring investment, align relevant stakeholders to secure approval and lead implementation.
Compliance
ensure full compliance of local law/regulations and Ferrero s requirements in all Turkey Third Party CoMan and CoPack.
Tracking and Reporting
provides transparent, accurate and timely tracking and reporting of all agreed measures e.g., SQCDME KPI, projects, Budget / PS, etc.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Operations Management

Supervise 3PM production to ensure volumes, costs, and performance meet Ferrero expectations. Define and implement optimal production cycles for each product line. Drive cost and process optimization through Ferrero best practices and identify continuous improvement opportunities with investment plans. Ensure timely preventive and corrective maintenance by 3PMs; promote expertise sharing and adoption of best practices. Enforce accurate and timely data collection/reporting (production, material usage, waste, rejects). Monitor and report Ferrero assets at 3PM sites. Proactively manage and escalate issues/risks to ensure timely resolution and mitigation.

2. Production Scheduling

Short-term: Ensure planned production volumes are delivered; provide timely feedback to stakeholders. Mid/Long-term: Collaborate with Category, Area Ops, and Plant Ops Planning to provide capacity feedback and propose solutions for additional needs.

3. Third-Party Development

Support scouting, recommendation, and feasibility for new co-manufacturing projects with Central 3PO-I. Co-lead industrialization phase for new 3PMs to ensure readiness per project timelines. Lead assessments, feasibility, and industrialization for new co-packing projects. Manage efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives for existing co-packers. Define and implement Business Blueprint (systems, processes) for new 3PMs per Ferrero guidelines. Provide comprehensive risk assessments and transparent updates throughout the development cycle.

4. Third-Party Relationship Management

Serve as primary contact, managing day-to-day relations, performance issues, and operational changes. Collaborate with 3PO Procurement on new/renewal contracts in line with Ferrero policies. Motivate and support 3PM teams to improve performance while communicating their needs internally. Assess 3PM performance against agreed KPIs and implement corrective actions as required.

5. Investments

Review and recommend investment needs to improve cost and output. Oversee approved projects, coordinating between 3PMs and internal stakeholders. Monitor Ferrero assets at third-party sites.

6. Compliance

Ensure all Ferrero mandatory certifications and requirements are met.

SMETA:

Ensure timely audits, track completion of action plans, and share progress with relevant stakeholders.

FSQ:

Ensure food safety and quality compliance; track and close audit findings.

H&S:

Guide 3PMs to maintain safe workplaces and environmental standards; ensure compliance with Ferrero policies.

Sustainability:

Support Ferrero s sustainability agenda and targets.

7. Tracking & Reporting

Budget/PS:

Set efficiency targets, assess performance, participate in negotiations, and analyze monthly variances.

KPIs:

Track, analyze, and report SQCDME KPIs; provide root cause analyses when required.

Projects:

Track, monitor, and report progress on approved projects in central databases and boards.
