Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 5 to 10 years of experience to lead our team as a Manager in the IT Services & Consulting industry, specifically in Accenture Solutions Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking and consulting, with excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the banking team to ensure efficient service delivery.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and drive growth.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.

Job Requirements
