About the Role:We're seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Recruitment Team Lead Intern to join our EdTech company. As a Recruitment Team Lead Intern, you will assist in leading a team of recruiters, developing recruitment strategies, and ensuring the successful execution of recruitment processes. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the EdTech sector and develop valuable skills in recruitment and team leadership.Key Responsibilities:- Team Support*: Assist the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles.- Recruitment Process: Support the execution of recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and ensuring timely communication with candidates.- *Data Analysis*: Assist in tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics, providing insights to improve recruitment outcomes.- *Stakeholder Management*: Collaborate with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide updates on recruitment progress.- *Team Development*: Learn from experienced recruiters and contribute to the growth and development of the recruitment team.Requirements:- *Education*: Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.- *Experience*: 0-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field, preferably in the EdTech sector.- *Skills*: Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.- *Technical Skills*: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).What We Offer:- *Stipend*: ₹2,000 fixed stipend per month, with incentives based on performance.- *Experience*: Hands-on experience in recruitment and team leadership in the EdTech sector.- *Networking Opportunities*: Opportunities to network with professionals in the EdTech industry.- *Skill Development*: Chance to develop valuable skills in recruitment, team leadership, and data analysis.Duration and Commitment:- *Internship Duration*: 3-6 months, with the possibility of extension.If interested Share your CVs on.Arshiyasamreen@holograd.in
