Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist, located in Nadiad. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions within the organization. They will also be involved in developing and implementing recruitment strategies, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process. Additionally, the Recruitment Specialist will assist in onboarding new employees and conducting training sessions as necessary.

Qualifications

• Experience in Hiring, Recruiting, and Interviewing
• Strong Communication skills
• Ability to conduct and facilitate Training sessions
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
