Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hairstylist Trainer located in Nadiad. The Hairstylist Trainer will be responsible for training new and existing staff on various hair styling techniques, including cutting, coloring, and styling. Day-to-day tasks include developing training programs, conducting hands-on training sessions, and evaluating trainee progress. The role also involves keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in the hairstyling industry, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized training environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Hair Styling, Cosmetology, and Hair Care
  
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
  
• Experience in training or mentoring is a plus
• Certification or diploma in cosmetology or related field
• Ability to stay current with industry trends and techniques
• Excellent organizational and evaluative skills
