About the RoleWe are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team at Taizo Technologies Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring suitable candidates based on the company’s staffing needs. Key Responsibilities Source and identify potential candidates through various platforms Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports Support end-to-end recruitment activities Build strong candidate pipelines for future requirements Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs Qualifications & SkillsAny degree Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle multiple requirements Basic knowledge of recruitment processes Prior experience in consultancies or recruitment for auto component manufacturing (CNC/VMC operators) will be an added advantage
