Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Recruitment Specialist. The Recruitment Specialist will handle end-to-end recruitment processes, which include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires. The role involves close collaboration with hiring managers, maintaining candidate databases, and identifying workforce needs to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals.

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience and proficiency in Hiring, Recruiting, and Talent Acquisition processes.
Strong skills in Interviewing and Candidate Assessment to ensure an effective selection process.
Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and team members.
Experience with designing and executing Training and onboarding programs for new employees.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment platforms is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
