Contact: 9042061939 Role : Business Development Executive (BDE) Gender : Female only Employment Type: Full-Time (Work from Office) Experience: 0–2 Years (Freshers can apply) Qualification: Any Degree (MBA in Marketing preferred) Key Responsibilities Identify and generate leads through calls, emails, social media, and networking. Explain company services and solutions to potential clients clearly and confidently. Maintain client relationships and ensure smooth onboarding. Coordinate with the internal team to meet client requirements. Research market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. Achieve monthly/quarterly business targets. Maintain proper records of leads, calls, and meetings in CRM/Excel. Skills Required Proven experience in B2B sales (minimum 1 year). Excellent communication & interpersonal skills (English & Tamil preferred). Strong convincing and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain professional relationships. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and confident. Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
