Job Description

As a Business Development Executive, your role involves identifying potential customers, dealers, and distributors, developing and maintaining a pipeline of prospective clients, and achieving assigned sales targets to contribute to revenue growth. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding customer needs, and providing suitable product solutions. Additionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention, conducting market research, developing strategies to enter new markets, and participating in industry events to expand the network are key aspects of your job. Key Responsibilities: - Identify potential customers, dealers, and distributors - Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients - Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders - Understand customer needs and provide suitable product solutions - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention - Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities - Develop strategies to enter new markets and strengthen brand positioning - Participate in industry events and exhibitions to expand the network - Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to implement business strategies - Prepare reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights - Provide regular updates to senior management on business development activities Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, sales coordination Additional Details: - Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu - Salary Range: 3.00-4.20 LPA - Job Type: Full-time, Permanent - Schedule: Day shift - Language: English (Required) - Work Location: In person Skills Required: - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) - Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and market expansion - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools - Ability to generate leads and close deals effectively As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth, maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the sales department.
