Job Title: Business Development Executive (Hindi Language Mandatory)

Language Requirement: Proficiency in Hindi (mandatory) and English (preferred)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive who can communicate effectively in Hindi and help expand our business reach. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the company’s growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients and generate new business leads.
• Reach out to prospects via calls, emails, and social media.
• Present company products/services to potential customers in Hindi and English.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
• Understand client needs and provide suitable business solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain and update CRM/database with client information.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi (mandatory) and good command of English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and business growth.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.)
