As a Recruitment Specialist, your responsibilities will include tasks such as hiring, conducting interviews, and managing communication with candidates and clients. Additionally, you will be involved in recruiting and training new staff members to ensure they meet the required qualifications and align with clients" needs. To excel in this role, you should possess expertise in Hiring and Recruiting, strong Interviewing and Communication skills, experience in Training new staff, excellent organizational and time-management skills, and the ability to work on-site in Ponnani. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Previous experience in the recruitment industry is a plus.
