Job Description

Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing to offer management and onboarding.
Partner with business heads and plant HR to understand workforce requirements across functions (Production, Maintenance, Design, Sales, Service, Supply Chain, etc.).
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, employee referrals, and external agencies.
Drive technical hiring for roles in mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, fabrication, and assembly functions.
Conduct initial screening and coordinate technical and behavioral interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain and update the recruitment MIS, dashboards, and hiring metrics (TAT, quality of hire, source mix).
Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for niche roles such as Design Engineers, Service Engineers, Production Managers, and R&D professionals.
Collaborate with HR team on employer branding, campus drives, and lateral hiring strategies.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations during the hiring process.
Support contract staffing and vendor management where applicable
