Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Recruitment Specialist for a full-time, on-site role located in Navi Mumbai. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the hiring process, conducting interviews, and recruiting new talent. Daily tasks will include evaluating candidate qualifications, coordinating recruitment activities, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires. Additionally, the Recruitment Specialist will assist in training initiatives to help integrate new employees into our team effectively.

Qualifications

• Hiring, Interviewing, and Recruiting skills
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience in Training and onboarding processes
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools and software
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus
