Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist at DELTA POWER CONTROLS, located in Vadodara. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. They will also coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs, develop and implement recruitment strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience. Additional tasks include conducting new hire orientations and training sessions to ensure successful onboarding and integration into the company. Qualifications Experience in Hiring, Recruiting, and Interviewing Strong Communication skills Ability to develop and conduct Training programs Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Proficiency in using recruitment management software and tools Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred Previous experience in the power controls or manufacturing industry is a plus Show more Show less
