Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist located in Raipur. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for identifying and hiring talented individuals, conducting interviews, and managing the recruitment process. Key tasks include sourcing candidates, coordinating and conducting interviews, and managing onboarding and training processes. The role requires a focus on building strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth recruitment process.

• Strong Interviewing and Communication skills
• Experience in Training and onboarding new employees
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in using recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
