What You’ll Do:

• Handle end-to-end hiring across creative, tech, and sales teams.
• Source and onboard talent for our agency and new business verticals.
• Work closely with the founders to define hiring needs, job roles, and team structures.
• Build a strong talent pipeline using LinkedIn, job portals, and Platform like Internshala.
• Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and ensure a great candidate experience.

Who You Are:

• 1–2 years

  of experience in recruitment (agency or in-house).
• Strong communication and sourcing skills.
• Knows how to attract top talent across creative, marketing, and tech.
• Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working remotely.
• Bonus if you’re based in

  Delhi/NCR
