Job Description We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist who can handle high volume hiring for admission counselors and sales executives. This is a numbers driven role, not a general HR position. Key Responsibilities Source and hire admission counselors / sales executives Daily calling to candidates Screen profiles for BPO, telesales, inside sales backgrounds Schedule interviews across multiple office locations Follow up with candidates till joining Reduce offer drop-offs and no-shows Maintain a simple daily hiring tracker Work directly with the founder on hiring targets Who Should Apply Experience in hiring for BPO / telesales / inside sales / banking sales Comfortable with pressure and fast timelines Strong follow-up skills Ready to work with daily and weekly hiring targets Can close candidates, not just shortlist resumes Who Should NOT Apply Fresher HR profiles Payroll or admin HR roles Candidates not comfortable with calling
