  6 months of experience

  designing websites, preferably in Figma.
• You’ve worked on

  real web projects

  , not just Behance case studies.
• You can translate brand vibes into clean, scroll-worthy website pages.
• You

  understand responsive design

  , grids, spacing, visual balance.
• You’re okay working remotely, managing your own deadlines, and doing quality work without hand-holding.
• You can handle feedback like a grown-up (this matters).
• You can communicate well in English or Hindi—whatever gets the job done.
