Major Roles & Responsibilities

1. Manage end to end Recruitment Process for the assigned business verticals.
2. Responsible for Sourcing, Scheduling, Offer management, Salary Negotiations, BGV, Onboarding.
3. Source suitable candidates from Job boards, Social Media portals, Internal References and Recruitment Consultants.
4. Plan and participate in Campus hiring programs as per requirements and policy.
5. Ensure quality of hire / Reduce infant attritions.
6. Scheduling interviews as per the defined process in consultation with the stakeholders.
7. Processing of offer letters as per the approved / defined SOP.
8. Run IJP campaigns as per the requirements.
9. Create and maintain the hiring data points and publish appropriate weekly/fortnightly hiring dashboards.
10. Maintain the staffing position >95% levels for the departments assigned.
11. Reduce cost / hire and maintain the agreed SLA / timelines for positions.
12. Periodic updations of JDs in consultation with the stakeholders.

Skill Set Required

1. Knowledge of Hiring from Job Boards, Social Media Platforms
2. Extensive knowledge of MS Office Tools
3. ERP / ATS Systems knowledge preferred
4. Good Communication & Negotiation skills
5. Analytical skills
