Recruitment Manager

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Recruitment Manager to lead and manage our end-to-end hiring process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing effective recruitment strategies, managing the recruitment team, and ensuring timely hiring of high-quality talent aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the complete recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding)
• Develop and implement effective hiring strategies to attract top talent
• Handle bulk and lateral hiring requirements
• Manage job postings on portals such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate with department heads
• Maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
• Track recruitment metrics and prepare regular hiring reports
• Ensure compliance with company policies and hiring standards
• Lead, guide, and support the recruitment team

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager or Senior Recruiter
• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, job portals, and ATS
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements under deadlines
• Strong decision-making and leadership skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
