Recruitment Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for our organization. The ideal candidate will handle sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates independently, ensuring a smooth recruitment process and a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for various roles: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Source candidates using job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and priorities.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment metrics.
• Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Assist in creating job descriptions and posting openings on relevant platforms.
• Stay updated on market trends and talent availability in relevant domains.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Knowledge of recruitment tools, job portals, and social media sourcing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong candidate sourcing and screening abilities.
• Attention to detail and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
