Job Description

As a CS Trainee, your duties may include: Drafting Legal Documents : Preparing resolutions, minutes for Board and General Meetings, notices, and other company secretarial documents. Beyond Governance Compliance Management : Assisting in ensuring the company complies with statutory requirements, including filing annual returns and maintaining statutory registers. Regulatory Filings : Preparing and filing forms on the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) portal and maintaining secretarial records. Legal Research : Conducting research on company law, securities law, and other relevant regulations to support compliance and advisory functions. Liaison Work : Coordinating with regulatory bodies, auditors, and legal advisors to facilitate compliance and governance processes. Assisting in Corporate Governance : Supporting the implementation of corporate governance practices and policies within the organization. Job Type: Internship Contract length: 6 months Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Location: Bagmugaliya, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh (Required) Work Location: In person
