Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Manager to lead and optimize our hiring efforts. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in end-to-end recruitment, managing hiring teams, and working closely with business leaders to meet staffing goals. You will be responsible for developing strategies to attract top talent while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to meet hiring demands across departments.

• Manage the full recruitment life cycle for mid to senior-level roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.

• Collaborate with department heads to understand workforce planning and forecasting needs.

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of recruiters and talent acquisition specialists.

• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles and future organizational needs.

• Analyze hiring metrics and KPIs to improve processes and report results to senior management.

• Foster a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.

• Oversee and optimize the use of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters preferred).

• 5 to 8 years of progressive experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a managerial/supervisory role.

• EdTech company experience will be a plus point.

• Hands-on experience with various recruitment platforms (e.g., Naukri.com, LinkedIn Recruiter, Other job boards)

• Solid understanding of sourcing techniques, interview methods, and evaluation tools.

• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with data.
